LORCATECTURE is a multidisciplinary architecture, urban planning, interior design, and landscape design consultancy company founded in February 2018.
LORCATECTURE’s design approach is to reconnect architecture with nature, make optimum use of space, natural materials, lighting & landscape to reinvent and transform living environments and urban spaces. The company strives to constantly innovate designs that inspires efficiency. The company approaches each project, regardless of size & scale, with an understanding that architecture, planning and design has a unique power to influence lifestyle and empower positive impact to society.

Rey John M. Lorca
CEO and President

Rey John is the Founder and Principal Architect of Lorcatecture Corporation. The company works at multiple scales with various organizations from private and public clients to NGOs. This allows them to diversify work from urban planning, master planning, architecture and interior design projects, such as luxury villas, high-end residences and offices, as well as various commercial and resort projects in the Philippines.
The CEO is a multi-licensed professional with diversified experience in the field of architecture and urban planning. He holds three professional licenses: architect, environmental planner, and real estate broker. He is an Accredited GREEEN Architect of the Philippine Green Building Initiative (PGBI) who also sits as one of the Board of Directors. He was part of the technical team who crafted the Philippine Green Building Code.
